As an independent fostering agency, Cariad is bound by the Fostering Servies (Wales) Act 2003 and the Children's Act 1989. Details of both can be found on the CSSIW website

Cariad is licenced to use the British Association of Adoption and Fostering forms for assessments and medicals www.baaf.co.uk

All Cariad Foster Carers become members of the Fostering Network which provides a valuable resource base and legal insurance cover for Carers www.fostering.net
